About The Role

As our Junior Migration Agent, here are some things we would love you to get straight into…

• Provide accurate, relevant advice and assistance to clients with respect to visa options and eligibility with supervision from an experienced Agent.
• Be responsible for managing your own caseload with the support of a Migration Coordinator and Administrators under the supervision of an experienced Agent.
• Respond to applicant queries regarding their Visa applications.
• Attend strategy meetings with Senior Agents to discuss clients' global mobility strategies

About You

The key skills and behaviors that make a truly great Junior Migration Agent , and what we are looking for are:

• A passion for helping people and changing lives 
• Values that align with ours (check out our website!)
• Some experience as a Registered Agent, ideally within Employer Sponsored Visas although this is not essential
• MARA Registration
• The ability to meet deadlines and work to budgets
• A high level of attention to detail
