About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team. The Sales Director will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong client relationships. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual to make a significant impact and advance their career in the professional services industry.
If you are not motivated by growth, smashing targets, building relationships, and winning big clients, this is not the role for you.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will:
- Already have a successful sales career history within professional services industries, ideally with a proven track record working with a smaller business that has achieved significant growth
- Have an extensive client list of corporate contacts
- Have demonstrable business acumen with pricing and profit margins
- Be a passionate people person who has outstanding relationship management skills.
- Have previous experience managing a small team.
- Proficiency in HubSpot or other CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
