A full-time gig for marketing and content guru (exceptional writing skills are a must!) ready to jump aboard & help shape the Absolute Immigration Group within Australia, New Zealand and abroad! You will be at the heart of our marketing team, creating digital content, implementing marketing strategies, and providing support to all marketing initiatives.
From content creation and design to administrative coordination, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our marketing goals while keeping projects on track.

About The Role
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the Absolute Immigration brand is accurately represented and communicated. The Marketing Coordinator’s goal is to build brand presence in the market by developing and creating content.
This role is based at our Prahran office, and we offer a hybrid working model.
Broadly speaking, your duties will include:
- Develop and manage high-quality digital content, including articles, posts, social media updates, and newsletters.
- Design engaging visual content for use across social media platforms, websites, and other marketing materials, using design tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Premiere.
- Ensure all content is optimised for SEO and relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to create content that aligns with our brand and engages our audience. Monitor and analyse content performance, making adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
- Development of content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Manage platforms for optimising and executing social media and email marketing campaigns, including HubSpot and MailChimp, ensuring targeted outreach and effective performance tracking.
- Development and implementation of social media strategies.
- Implementation of marketing strategies to generate brand awareness for Australian and New Zealand businesses, such as the roll-out of testimonial programs and referral campaigns.
- Undertake market and competitor research and analysis, identifying industry trends.
- Development of digital and printed collateral for internal and external stakeholders to support sales activity.
- Regularly update and maintain our website using WordPress to ensure it aligns with our brand and is optimised for user experience.
- Proof reading sales proposals and making enhancements to meet the sales pitch requirements.
- Assist with the preparation of reports on marketing activities.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Organise and maintain marketing assets, including, documents, content libraries and media files.
- Manage and update marketing databases.
- Provide administrative support for the marketing team as needed.
About You
The key skills and behaviours that make a truly great Marketing Coordinator, and what we are looking for are:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, or communications
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and well-structured content
- Previous experience in journalism or content writing is highly desirable
- Absolute attention to detail
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Experience with managing a range of internal and external stakeholder
